SMART529 Coloring Contest |

The State Fair of West Virginia is proud to announce its sponsorship, in conjunction with SMART529, of the 2008 SMART529 College Savings Plan Creative Coloring Contest!
The 2008 State Fair, "West Virginia's Biggest Garden Party", is set for August 8-16 and we're looking to West Virginia students to get "buggy"! The coloring contest is open to West Virginia students in Kindergarten through Third Grade. Prizes will be awarded by grade. For a complete list of rules and to print your copy of the coloring sheet, please click the link below. All entries must be postmarked by Friday, June 6, 2008.
